Where does the firm serve in upstate New York?
A lot of transactional work can be completed remotely so you may even get downstate matters handled at upstate rates. For real estate transactions, New York counties neighboring Albany County are served and the fees for counties south of Greene County are increased by $400 to accommodate downstate closing customs.

What legal services are excluded?
Criminal, family, tax, and general litigation matters. Lawyer referrals are available upon inquiry.
How do I contact or hire the firm?
For real estate contracts, please list the firm's contact information on the purchase and sale agreement. For other inquiries, please e-mail basic case details. The law firm is only retained when the engagement letter is accepted by the client and payment is made in full.
Because legal work is never delegated to staff, Attorney Di may be unavailable to you when assisting other clients. Rest assured you also have undivided attention on your matters. If you send an inquiry, the response rate is usually within 1 day. For calls, please leave a voicemail to avoid being confused for spam. I communicate all deadlines in advance.
